Shipping, Delivery and Returns

• Generally, orders will arrive at their specified addresses within 10 to 15 days, depending on the location. Orders can be returned between 15 and 20 days after receiving them.
• The ordering process takes 3 business days.
• Deliveries during weekends and bank holidays are not permitted. On weekends, we cannot serve our customers.
• Every delivery should be checked if at all possible.
• Damages and shortages must be reported on the same day as delivery.
